Scheduling your exam
Before you choose a date for the Associate exam, confirm that the South Carolina Real Estate Commission has made you exam eligible.
The steps

Complete the application process
Use the Commission’s current Associate licensure requirements to check the order of education, application, and background check steps.

Wait for exam eligibility
PSI notifies you once the Commission approves your application. You cannot register before you are made exam eligible.

Choose a date with PSI
Once authorized, use PSI’s South Carolina Real Estate program to see available tests, dates, and appointment details.
- 04
Mind the one-year window
Eligibility is valid for 1 year. You must pass both portions within that year or reapply to the Commission.
