Finding the PSI candidate bulletin

The steps

   Open PSI’s South Carolina page ↗

   Go to PSI’s South Carolina Real Estate program.

   Select Available Tests

   The page lists each South Carolina real estate exam PSI offers.

3. 03

   Select your exam

   Choose the exam that matches your Commission authorization. Associate candidates should not use the Broker or Property Manager listing.

4. 04

   Select Candidate Bulletin

   The link opens a PDF you can review or download. You do not need to pay for it.

5. 05

   Read it before test day

   Check the content outline, identification requirements, arrival time, and rescheduling rules. PSI updates the bulletin, so download a fresh copy close to your date.
